Project Summary

BTPN Syariah Mobile Banking is an enterprise banking application designed to support field officers in delivering secure financial services to customers across Indonesia. The application enables end-to-end banking operations including loan disbursement, loan repayment, savings management, customer verification, offline transactions, and secure synchronization with enterprise banking systems. It is optimized for field operations where internet connectivity may be limited, ensuring uninterrupted financial services in remote areas.

My Contribution

  • Developed and maintained enterprise Android features using both Kotlin and Java within a large-scale banking application.
  • Implemented transaction workflows including loan repayment, loan disbursement, savings deposits, withdrawals, and customer collections.
  • Developed automatic loan repayment features integrated with customer savings accounts.
  • Integrated AI-powered face recognition and Optical Character Recognition (OCR) to streamline customer verification and document processing.
  • Implemented Bluetooth thermal printer integration for transaction receipts used by field officers.
  • Built offline-first capabilities with reliable background synchronization, allowing banking operations to continue without a stable internet connection.
  • Integrated Firebase Push Notifications to improve operational communication and transaction awareness.
  • Collaborated with backend engineers, QA teams, business analysts, and product owners throughout the software development lifecycle.
  • Participated in production releases, issue investigation, performance optimization, and continuous application improvements.
